INCAT SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE MISSION SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY IN PENNSYLVANIA

Novi, MI - INCAT Systems Inc. today announced an agreement with Mission Systems Technology (MST), of Lancaster, Penn., to assume sales and support responsibilities for all MST customers. With this agreement, INCAT Systems products and services are now available throughout the mid-Atlantic region of the United States. As part of the agreement, Mission Systems Technology ceased business operations effective July 11. It is anticipated that a significant number of former MST employees will be added to the INCAT work force.

"This move expands our ability to provide world-class products, service and support throughout North America," said INCAT CEO Ulrich Herter. "We anticipate the INCAT Lancaster office will become our hub for mid-Atlantic operations."

MST customer support contracts will be accepted and serviced by INCAT Systems through the remaining term of the agreement.

With the global resources of INCAT available, former MST customers will now have access to a broader range of products and services in support of their computer systems.
