Franklin, MA - Raven Systems, Inc., software development company, also creators of the nationally marketed Bookworm for Windows, designed Sports Locker to track and control athletic equipment items and costs, allowing hassle-free maintenance for sports activity directors. Developed with academic equipment managers in mind, this software also accommodates sports organizations of all levels. Sports Locker allows for fast and easy multiple data entry, and tracks equipment inventory by Item, Sport, Manufacturer, Athlete, Locker/Laundry Bag, ID#, and sorts by what’s available, what’s out and who has it, and what’s late. It tracks costs and replacement cost totals, issues late notices including costs, prints reports from sort results, searches equipment by keyword, generates team rosters including staff, generates equipment list by team or locker number, allows for descriptive comments and athlete detail, and even imports and exports from a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet to ensure a complete management solution. It’s simplified Intelitop Desktop revolutionizes the way people use computer software. The help feature "speaks" to the user and displays helpful comments by right clicking on an object. BAR CODING Sports Locker combines the power of all these management features with the ability to generate and read bar codes. Generate reports with bar codes, print bar code labels, then scan and click the bar code to receive equipment in and return it back to stock, reducing the need for excessive typing. Sports Locker is packaged by itself or with an optional bar code scanner.
