By placing an order with Press Flash, you agree to the following conditions:

• Only limited coverage is guaranteed when sending a release. A number of factors go into the press actually contacting you with regard to your release. Press Flash is a distributor of releases, and can only ensure that your release is sent. After that, the quality of your release, timeliness of your story, and willingness of the editors to accept your story idea will dictate the response level. We can neither control or predict this outcome.
  
• Releases will usually be sent the next available business day. However, under certain circumstances, we must delay the sending of a release for technical or other reasons. In all cases, you will be kept informed of the progress of your release by E-mail.
  
• Occasionally we have contact information for more than one editor in large publications. These publications normally house multiple publications and do not have a single point of contact. In these instances, we will send releases to each of the major editors, if we deem appropriate for your release.
  
• You understand that our editor lists are compiled from three major sources:
  1) Major media databases
  2) Smaller company's databases
  3) Editor requests to be added to our lists
  
• You may only use characters located on the standard QWERTY keyboard. The use of foreign/nonstandard characters in your release is at your own risk. Some fax machines do not interpret foreign/nonstandard characters properly and will cause unsatisfactory performance.
  
• Releases are sent in the form received. All releases are read by an internal editor before being sent to the media, but we can not guarantee that we will find all errors in spelling, grammar, usage, etc. You are responsible for following all guidelines on our order form to ensure proper receipt of a release. Failure to follow the guidelines may lead to unsatisfactory performance.
