Your news will be given the highest priority and distributed to editors who cover the materials and/or geographic areas that your release includes. When your release is submitted to our wire, a distribution editor will fully review the release for spelling and grammatical problems. Your release will also be reviewed to determine if we think our service is appropriate for it. Although most companies will take any business they get, we reject close to 10% of the releases that are submitted to us for distribution. We do not do this to slight the company who's news is featured, but there are some releases that we can not guarantee coverage of. Since we have an airtight guarantee of release pickup, we will decline to accept any release that we feel will not work on our wire.

Step 1

Once your release is reviewed and approved for distribution, a custom list of editors is formulated from our list of 10,000 opt-in contacts. We will narrow that list down to the editors who will be most likely to cover your release. We do not spam your list to everyone on our list. Targeting is key, and we will send only to those who would be most likely to cover your story.

Your release is then prepared and sent to your custom list via fax, electronically, or by postal mail - depending upon the individual wishes of the editor. The release is personally addressed to the editor by name, assuring accurate delivery.

Step 2

Next your release is sent over the domestic US wire. Through our agreements with over 4,000 sources around the world, your release will get maximum distribution. Your release will be featured on Google, Yahoo, and many other locations. You will achieve maximum exposure by using our wire.

After your release has been sent, we will personally monitor sources around the internet for mentions of your release. Within 3 days, you will receive a personalized email containing a list of the sites that chose to pick up your release - a guarantee of your results.

You can post these publication links on your web site as a way to highlight all of the coverage your site is getting in the media. Your credibility with your customers will soar with this simple addition.

Distribution fees for a release are $350 for the first 350 words and $70 for each additional 100 word block. If you would like us to author your release, we can do so for a one-time $200 fee.
